Frequently asked questions
A: Cancelling PassivLink subscription cancels all future scheduled payments. A subscription can be cancelled up until the day of the next scheduled payment in order for you not to be charged.
Log in to your PayPal account in www.paypal.com.
Go to “Settings”, which is the gear icon located at the top-right of the screen, next to the “Log out” button.
Go to “Payments”.
Click “Manage automatic payments”.
Click “PassivLink”.
Select “Cancel”.
Confirm “Cancel Automatic Payments”.
